On 31 December 2018, Stephen Coe and persons closely associated with Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company subscribed for 574 scrip preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") in respect of the preference share dividend for the period 30 September 2018 to (but excluding) 31 December 2018.
Following these subscriptions Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 76,393 Preference Shares.
